I established Quadrant Corp. in 2000 to offer leadership and personal development to senior executives and entrepreneurs.

Prior to launching Quadrant, I served in various executive capacities for twenty years in banking, investment and telecommunications industries. I founded or co-founded six companies, ranging in size from 10 to 1500 employees. I’ve served as CEO of publicly traded and private corporations; and played the roles of director, investor and entrepreneur.

These experiences taught me some ironic truths about the business world and life:

Adversity can be a powerful and productive teacher; and success can actually undermine one’s personal power.

Success by certain definitions can prevent a person from obtaining what he or she wants most out of life.

My deeper awareness came from personally experiencing and successfully navigating a number of career transitions and derailments. A multi-millionaire by age twenty nine, I also lost most of my net worth more than once in my career, forcing me to rebuild from practically zero.

In spite of an extremely upside down financial condition I decided to follow a clear calling to help others grow and transform and move closer to what they really want from their lives.

These humbling experiences made me realize that to be a truly powerful force in the world, a human being must develop a balanced life.

My mission goes beyond the simple concept of coaching. Developing the whole person, not just the “suit,” has become the focus of my executive guidance process.

I operate with the belief that we all have room to optimize.

Previous clients have remarked that I bring a supportive, insightful and challenging presence to my practice. This is a result of my life experience, training and personal development work.

My extensive training as a certified coach, facilitator and counselor is supplemented by my personal experience in business and my education, which includes an MBA and international business studies in Europe. And every day, my training continues.
