Quadrant Institute’s Developing the Authentic Leader Program is the foundation of all other teachings.

This is a two-year program introducing participants to a broad range of methods and principles, in a peer-group setting ideal for in-depth exploration of business, career, relationship and personal topics.

Attendees receive the benefit of training, my guidance and facilitation and the input and feedback from peers. Participants meet monthly, work on assignments between meetings and attend two intensive three-day training sessions.

At various times during the year, together with knowledgeable, enthusiastic partners and staff, I lead two-day trainings held at a recently-built, retreat center near Buena Vista, Colorado. This magnificent facility sits at the base of Mount Harvard, surrounded by the San Isabel National Forest.

Currently, we offer two core trainings: Leading with Authentic Power and Creative Connections: Building Relationships at Work and Home.

Surrounded by the beauty of nature, these workshops provide catalyst experiences that help you shatter limiting internal models and belief systems and replace them with strategies designed to enhance your influence and effectiveness.

I also use the Institute to offer custom-designed trainings from half-day workshops to a full year curriculum to develop high-performing leaders and teams.
