is a model for development toward your highest potential. It is a unique combination of processes, training, philosophy and learning methods to develop authentic, dynamic and effective leaders.

The common thread running through everything we do at Quadrant is to relate interior experiences with external behaviors. My work is about creating “internal changes for external results.” Most of these changes come about from simply examining our core beliefs.

I believe that each human being has four fundamental aspects, which I call “Quadrants:”

Perspective and Analysis – This portion of self is capable of stepping back from situations in order to gain a wider point of view.
Boundaries and Action – This is the part of us that gets things done– by taking effective action, and/or saying “no.”
Affect and Connection - This quadrant is the place of emotion, relationships, connections to family and other people.
Purpose and Deep Knowing – This aligns us with our values, relating events to deeper meanings. At its highest development, it results in celebration and affirmation.
Effectiveness comes through aware, mature and skillful means of relating to these four fundamental aspects of ourselves. Quadrant processes release energy and creativity within each quadrant by integrating a person’s (or team’s) “shadow” parts – aspects that are buried or disowned — into his or her conscious awareness.

Quadrants serve as a map that can be used to move from superficial symptoms of issues to the development of new tools and/or beliefs to help people get what they want most.

Our work as leaders is a lifelong process of optimizing our four quadrants, noticing where we are out of balance and using the appropriate tools to bring us back to center, back to who we are.
