My unique background as experienced facilitator and coach as well as ex-CEO, and ex-YPO member, contributes to consistent ratings of 9s and 10s!
My primary areas of focus are:
Retreats are customized to meet the goals of the Forum. I also offer “retreats-in-a-box” that include venue arrangements and support personnel for adventures in and out of the U.S. such as wilderness events, retreats on square rig tall ships and rafting wild and scenic rivers.
I’ve helped Education Chairs develop high-value chapter experiences for members and spouses with the goals of connecting participants and personal growth.
I deliver standard and advanced trainings for Forums, Forum Officers and Moderators. My core trainings include basic Moderator Training Program (MTP) and Forum Training Program (FTP), designed to tune up the performance of any Forum.
