Don Koehler
Dr. Don Koehler focuses his coaching on supporting growth and transformation in companies to create a greater sense of community and healthier workplaces. He helps high-achieving executives who generate results to achieve higher levels of mastery in the areas of relationship building and communication. Don’s clients include a variety of mid-sized businesses in the US.
Don uses his background as a therapist to help leaders develop greater maturity versus simply focusing on more skill and cognitive development. Don is certified in the use of the Leadership Development Profile (LDP). The LDP is a unique qualitative assessment tool used to measure a leader’s growth and development.
Prior to working full-time with executives and teams, Don ran a private therapy practice focused on executives and their spouses navigating personal and relational transitions. Don has a doctorate in Human Development & Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and is a licensed psychologist. Along with extensive facilitation and coaching training Don has completed his coach’s training with The New Field Institute.
